Dr. Rob Dawson is a Lecturer in Polymer Chemistry at the University of Sheffield.

 

Rob obtained an MChem in Chemistry with German from the University of Liverpool in 2005. After a year spent teaching English in Germany he returned to Liverpool to complete his PhD with Prof. Andy Cooper FRS graduating in 2010. He stayed with the group for a further 2 years before being awarded a Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowhip which was carried out at the Technical University of Berlin with Prof. Arne Thomas. In 2014 he returned to the UK at the University of Bath before being appointed as a Lecturer in Polymer Chemistry at the University of Sheffield in 2015.
